If you have properly installed IB Objects, you will find TIB_Datasource on
the iboAccess palette, along with the data access objects which need to be
used with it and the native IBO controls. See also the iboCore palette for
the other components you need.

You can't use TIB_Datasource and the native IBO controls with the
TDataset-compatible data access components (TIBO*).
