Firebird 1 introduced a tightening of SQL standards which made the insert
syntax of IBO unusable. Jason altered IBO to conform - 4.2 Eg was the
first sub-release that contained the fix.

Firebird has had this change removed for the benefit of users of older
versions of IBO. A build of Firebird 1 with this change is available - you
can obtain it from the IBPhoenix site (www.ibphoenix.com). Alternatively,
update your IBO to the latest.
