You have a mismatch between already compiled objects and
IB_Constants.dcu. Please would you do the following:

1. Search your hard drive for any artifacts of your old
installation. Delete all BPLs starting with IBO* (everywhere) and all IBO
dcu's in your library path. You possibly have old BPLs in the system path
somewhere.

2. Remove the unzipped source from wherever you placed it.

3. Begin again, following the How_To_Install.txt from the Downloads page.

If it still doesn't work out and you need to post here again, please say
which version of the kit you are using. If you can't remember, then sort
all of the files in your install folder and note date and time of the most
recent file.
