Erk, there's something funny about the repository (in both Delphi 5 and
Delphi 6). Here is what happens:

Start Delphi.
Click File>New> and select *any form* from the repository. It will supply
all of the options (inherit, copy, use).
Save the project.
Now go back and try to select anything else...everything in the repository
will have its options either greyed out or will show only "Copy".

However, if you then close and restart Delphi, the item you want (including
the Service App) will be available with all of the options. I've tried it
all sorts of ways, and it looks as if the only way to make it work is to
restart Delphi each time.

Examine the DPR file. That is the place from which any Delphi project
"knows" which files to use.
