I do but I'm not sure where to start with your situation.
Chunk provider is used to persist the HTML chunks in a database instead of
them being stored in the DFM. Although, it makes it so that you actually
feel like they are stored in the DFM because you develop with them at
design-time.

Reason I'm hesitant is I have yet to get the design-time mysteries resolved.
Delphi is doing some weird stuff that is causing occasional AV's and
defeating the robustness of this solution. It works great in Delphi 4 prior
to forcing that object treeview thing. But, it introduces some element of
complexity with threads or something that I cannot figure out.

My recommendation is to just avoid using the chunk provider for the time
being. I use it and it works great except for the occasional AV. But, there
are other ways to accomplish what it does.
