Delphi 5 enterprise, Windows 2000, I was running
IBO_4_2_Ha before installing this one. Copied the
new files in and went to try and build all. That's
when the problems showed up. After getting the
problem I replaced the directory with a backup I had
made and build all to get it back in Delphi.
