egroups has been defunct for a long time. Probably yahoo has finally
removed the redirection. (Or perhaps you were referring to the newsgroup

Yes - it's intended for evaluation and self-instruction, not for
deployment, hence the nag screen when the code detects it is running
outside the IDE environment. Because dll's have no user interface, it's an
unfortunate side-effect that prevents even your demo dlls from executing.
