Dennis,
The modal nag message runs when an executable (including, of course, a DLL)
is run outside of the IDE. In the case of an EXE, of course you can
respond to the nag message and carry on. In the case of a DLL, there is no
mechanism for responding to a modal message, so it just hangs there,
forever unanswered.

You just need to email Jason privately and request access to the full
source under Trustware.
