Personally I use FastReport for everything print related.

One of my applications has an appointment letter facility,
and the customers are quite happy using the FastReport
designer when they need to make changes. Another app uses
lots of RichText memo's and again FastReport outputs them
quite happily without any problem.

I've scrapped a lot of older code that printed direct to the
printer, and later to a printer canvas. The FastReport
preview completes the picture nicely.
