Just download it again and you will for sure have the latest.
The bad one was only there for a few hours.

Also, if you want to know about the one you got look in the release notes
inside the ZIP and see if the first thing it mentions is this glitch. If
not, you need to download the latest.

Also, just so you know, in all my circumstances the glitch did not affect
me. It was only for a specific circumstance that it cropped up. Very likely
you would not have seen any problem anyway.
