There are two problems to begin with - one can be fixed, the other requires
contact with the OPTK author, Binh Ly...

1. In the unit IBO9.pas, change "IBDataset" to "IBODataset" in the uses
clause. (This unit was renamed in IBO4 to avoid a conflict with IBX).

2. The one we can't fix straight away: The BPL was compiled using Delphi
5 and, unfortunately, Binh Ly did not supply the package source.

I will try to track down Binh Ly and see what can be done.
