I did. And there's not a separate, detailed section on those flags in particular. They're only talked about in an indirect fashion--I have to figure it out from context of other help sections.

Grab the TI sheets on Datasets and Transactions from the TechInfo page. In
one of those (if not both) there is a detailed rundown on the effects of
each of the CommitAction flags...
