Gerry,
Is this the first IBO patch you have applied since installing the Delphi 6
patch upgrade? If so, alas, you need to do a complete uninstall of IBO and
reinstall it afresh from the 4.2G sub-release, forward. The reason is,
Borland radically changed some of the libraries, even to the extent of
actually renaming a couple. It doesn't affect IBO's actual uses, but it
affects some uses used by those (if you get my drift...)

If this isn't your case, then I don't know...
