Yes: if you enable the SchemaCache, a unique index will appear in
IndexDefs.ibo as
TC_UNIQUE=UN;REL=TESTCOMMENT;SEGS=FIELD1

The SchemaCache.IndexDefs property of your connection component is a
stringlist containing these.
