4.2Gb_TEST (14 March) was a test patch. 4.2Gb (15 March) is a confirmed patch.

You don't generally get a lot of new release notes for a patch.
btw, if you downloaded the releasenotes from the registered area, the notes
there were old ones from January. Get the ones from the Downloads page -
they are the latest.
