Hi Helton!

IBO supports both IB and FB, so in choosing between them you just have to
compare the databases. Both are pretty nice, but I think IB still has quite
a few of the errors that have been removed from FB. So, I'd advice you to
go for FB unless you have specific reasons for staying with IB.
