everything installed but one package ibo40edt_C5.bpl

it generated a fatal error message (see below)


[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'C0PKG32.OBJ'

i could not find this obj file after compiling all the rest of the
runtime and designtime packages

could u help me locate the missing file?
