thanks lester: i've got a day job so my sundays i program for
recreation...i have been trying to compile the source files you refer
to...i keep getting an error message:

[Pascal Fatal Error] IB_Header.pas(3315): Could not create output
file 'inter\IB_Header.dcu'

i'm not sure exactly what this means, but it may be helpful in making
a cbuilder++ 5 version of these tools...
