The way I would like it to work is to write an app that allows people to
have their own synchronized local copy of it for full off-line usage and
have it be a knowledge-base, support center tied together. For those who
don't want a local copy of it, there will be a centralized ISAPI app running
so they can have full access to it via the net.

With those two bases covered, I think we could make something really nice.
The Indy stuff could be used to write the efficient replication between the
central repositories and the subscribed end users.
