Have you considered using a word processor (MS Word, WP, ...). You would
store the word processor file in a blob and run e.g. Word when the user
want to edit. I haven't done any automation myself, so this is just
guesswork. Isn't there some components for this in Delphi? Maybe
TurboPower or other 3rd party have some components. Visit some of the
Delphi sites ...
