I am wondering if you are using all the components as intended.
LookupList is sort of like a lookupcombo but with the list always
showing. The correlation is similar to that between a TList and a
TComboBox control.

Anyway, if you can assemble this situation into a small demonstration
application (perhaps against the employee.gdb) then I am willing to
take a look at it and see what is happening.
