I am not sure of the details (whether the data is actually returned by
the server, or whether the monitor is just showing the values from the
buffer which are still there from before) but...

No the record is not being fetched twice. The ErrCode 100 indicates
an EOF (end of file) condition - the record details preceeding this
error code are not used.
