You could try the Fr release and see if that makes any difference.

I saw something like this very recently but I cant remember the
detail. If you have any lookupcombos and/or lookup datasets involved
try some experiments with those (eg not activating them) to see if
they are the cause of the problem. Also check any event code you have
setup.

If you cant find it we will need some more detail.
