Have you tried with download programs like FlashGet or GetRight?
Sometime yahoo files are downloaded wrongly, and I recall that I fixed
the problem or using them, or using the browser instead (I don't
recall what did the wrong result and what the right one)...
(and I think that, if with your browser things go wrong the first
time, there is the possibility that the second one the file is get
from the cache, or wrongly resumed...)
