I just set it at design time. I only use TCP/IP even for
local connections.

With regard to Server/Path - They should be set separately.
Jason prefers that, but I have always put the FULL string
into DatabaseName and let IBO split it into the Server and
Path directories. If it is not broken don't fix it <g>
