I think that pi3k14 was a STANDARD IBO behaviour to be
correct/effective, and so do I.
YOu can do a lot of things with code, but one of the best features of
IBO is that it does A LOT of "real word work" (i.e. things that you
need in real situations) just with property settings.
This is a similar issue than the one regarding IB_Grid deselecting
behaviour, that is different than the standard Windows/VCL one. Coce
was provided to workaround it, and I'm using that code also, but I
think that IBO must be modified for that.
Anyway, your code could give Jason a starting point for the pacth, so
I thank you :) (hope Jason wants to do those two patches).
