I've found the answer! Some #!$@**@ had used the PC for another
purpose and altered the path setting so that the path to D7 and the
D7 bpl files had been removed. I've just wasted 2 hours finding this
out as he wasn't here to tell me. Still he's the boss so I can't say
too much....
