It seems as if you might have previously tried to install one of more of
the IBO controls into Borland's default user-defined package, using
Install > Component or Install > Package. Do not try to use these tools
for the full IBO install. You would need to remove these older IBO install
attempts before attempting to reinstall all of the IBO packages.
(You can look inside dclusr50.dpk in your $DELPHI/lib folder to check on
what is in there that should not be...)
Download the How_To_Install.txt from the Downloads page of the website and
follow the instructions for a clean install. The existing IBO components
will be harder to find and eliminate, if they are installed into a non-IBO
palette somewhere.
Note that you *compile* the run-time (IBO40*RT_D5) packages and *compile
and install* the design-time (IBO40*DT_D5). If you use the package group
according to the instructions, and install into a clean IDE, everything
will be done in the correct order.
