Thanks. Maybe I´m too show to this, but, why the IBO installation is so
hard? Even in the evaluation download, the way to install is tourtous;
at least, I didn't understand it for the first and further
installations...

Yes, that's true.  You have proved the concept.  But you should not be
trying to use the evaluation software for your production work.

You could try to "update" your custom version of IB_Constants.pas as
follows:

IB_VERSION_MAJOR = '4';
IB_VERSION_MINOR = '2';
IB_VERSION_BUILD = 'I';
IB_VERSION_SUB_RELEASE = 'a';

But there is no guarantee that something did not change in IB_Constants,

between 4.2Gc and 4.2Ia...
