As far as I remember, it's an old, already fixed bug...
Anyway, I've tested in 4.2Ia, with IB_Date boulnd and unbound, and I
can navigate months with mouse like a charm.
Please, download the latest sources and try again.

btw, there is a "small, annoying bug in IB_Date. If the form has a
'Cancel' or 'Default' button, pressing Enter or Esc inside TIB_Edit
does nothing...
