I discovered, that when one of my programs packages contained form with TIB_MonitorDialog and TIB_Montior, it crashed in Windows 9x.
There was no problem in WinNT,2000,XP. The error ("my.exe caused problem in KERNEL32") occured during call to LoadPackage(...).
When I removed them , the problem dissapeared.

You can probably just use the IBF_Monitor form in your application directly.
