Can't help with most of this (I use TIBO with RB), but one item rings a dim

I remember this behaviour ocurring when RB thought I was defining Joins via
the dictionary, but the joins table was empty. I fixed that by clearing out
the entry in ppDataDictionary.JoinPipeline
