When linking queries in master-detail you simply make the parameter name
match the column name in the master dataset you want it to link with.

With TIBOTable there is also flexibility to use differing column names at
the master and detail. Separate the entries for column pairs with a
semicolon and then in each pair separate master and detail with an = sign.
