Paul,
You will find those components on the iboCore palette. As explained in the HowToInstall.txt, you needed to remove your old palettes. If you didn't, then the components will all be there *somewhere* and you will need to look for them and do some reorganisation.

To see where they should be and what the palette names should be, look in the units with 'Reg' in their name - there is one such unit corresponding to each design-time library, e.g. IB_CoreReg.pas, IB_AccessReg.pas, et al.
