Jason is integrating my fixes (along with various other items) in
preparation for the next release.

If you have an urgent requirement (and use full source version of IBO
4.2.Fn) you can contact me privately for a copy of the patches.
However I recommend waiting for Jason to be ready with the next
release, in case he has picked up on any problems that I missed.
