Yes that was the join I had, but that is not the problem.
The lookup list using a different column for the content is
OK, but I don't want that 'join'.

I am back at a simple drop down list - populated with the
contents of the same field in the lookup table.

I took my own advise and started clean, using Geoff's notes
I have the drop down list, just needed to add:-

KeySource: datasource of target grid.

But I am still not quite there. I have the list, and it pops
up nicely when I need it, I just can't select from it?

I'am doing a couple of other tidy-ups so that the 'NewOrder'
is self contained, and I will try again.
