Delphi version? Operating System?

I have not noticed anything like this under Delphi5 / IBO 4.2.Fn /
Windows 2000 SP2. I have had difficulties with close all and reopen of
projects in Delphi in the past but they have never appeared to be IBO
related, and the problems generally resolve if I restart Delphi.

I think there can be issues if you have multiple application projects
in a project group (due to default TIB_Session creation I think), but
I generally try to avoid this because project groups have given me
lots of problems in the past and not just with IBO.
