I do not have these directories at all

I have {Delphi}\RBuilder\demos\4.DLL etc

It is the RB standard default installation - perhaps I need the
professional??

Goto the demo-directory in {Delphi}\RBuilder\demos and look at the "4.
EndUser Databases"-directory and find "Interbase"-directory and then "4. IB
Objects"-directory.
