From your domain name, I would assume you are somewhere here in the
Great White North, whereabouts are you located, and how do you get
the feed, I am located in Toronto, and get the feed via email, and
have no real problems. However I do notice that the service uses the
the posters date/time and it's sometimes out to lunch, so sometimes
messages are slightly out of order when sorted by thread.
If you get it by email, then get someone using SMTP to send you some
test messages on a weekend, and see if those are also slow, if they
are then a nice calm phone call should be placed to the folks at your
ISP, and see if they are having problems.
