Hello Jason,

first from me and my family our sincere condolences to the american
people. This was not only a horror day for the american people but
also a horror day for all the people living in a free and democratic
world.

Jason,
what i mean is the following:

operating system Win2000

putting a Edit-Component on a Form or e.g. IB-Edit write some
characaters in german or might be in english, then change the
Language from english to russian and try to write in this language.
You will see that it dos'nt work. Putting a Edit-Control which can
handle UNICODE (for example from http://www.delphi32.com/vcl/483/)
you can see the difference.

With best wishes to you and your country
Gerhard Behnke
