Have you done everything the IBO way? Uninstall your old IBO version,
delete all files, unzip the major version (IBO 4.2.E), unzip the minor
version on top of it (IBO 4.2.Eb) and then install? If you've done
everything correctly, then I guess it is a C++ problem, which will most
likely be solved when Geoff wakes up (or maybe Lester know of this problem?).
