Not sure exactly what problem you are referring to here but the next
sub-release does clear up a bug with regard to the IB_Monitor component. I
did introduce it in a recent sub-release. If you dynamically create an
instance and then free it, the next time you create one it would raise an
AV. What problem are you referring to here?
