Your package misses a "requires IBO_C5.xxx" (I do not know the
extension used by BCPP: "require" is the Delphi keyword...). In this
case, the compiler actually links in the needed code from the
IBO_C5.dcp (again, `dcp' is the extension used by
Delphi...). Specifying the "requirement" prevents the inclusion of the
code, that will be loaded dynamically only when needed.
