Just so you know, I fixed it this afternoon and I am working on releasing a
patch for both 3.6 and 4.2.
Many thanks to Gunther Buchtala for the demo that was easy to use and
pinpointed the error. Of course it took me a while to find the solution but
I didn't waste any time getting to the point where I was productive about
it.
Sending me clean and simple demos of bugs is as good as fixing them. Please
remember that!
