These files should be a part of the IBO distribution.
I don't want them in two places.
Remove that file from the files area and send it to me directly.
I will put it in the next sub-release.

However, if someone want to take over and maintain them on the list and I
remove them from the IBO standard distribution that is fine too. I just
don't want them spread all over the place. Then we will have people
wondering which one is more current and go to a lot of hassle figuring it
out, not to mention pester me about it.
