My users complained a little bit at first but once they understood it they
didn't think it was a big deal.
It is actually more standard to leave out the partial row. I also believe it
to be a cleaner interface. The scrollbar should be their indication of the
end of the records. I wonder if we could do something to indicate EOF like
shade it in a different color or something like that. I would certainly be
willing to do that.

I am not willing at this point to spend time more getting the partial rows
to show up again. There are far more important things for me to be working
on right now.
