Narowed it down to FAfterFetchRow in IB_DataScan

On the first pass it does not exist, on the second it is OK.

It is used to store the Source Row just fetched so it can be output to the
Destination.

On the first pass, the Destination just has junk, until FAfterFetchRow is
created later, then it works fine.

Now to find where it should have been created!
