As far as I know, there is no direct display function for this type
of problem. I suggest you go through a mix of OnDrawCell,
OnDrawFocusedCell and OnKeyPressed, where you force the key lower in
OnKeyPressed, but make an forced uppercase TextOut in the two other
events.
