The Data Access Bundle is equivalent to IBO 3.x in content and the partial-to-full fee has not changed. Note that the Data Access Bundle full registration is the same as full reg. for IBO 3.x too. Now you just get more options about what you include in your "IBO portfolio". If you take the Productivity Bundle, that will be an additional product.

Yes, if you have a current IBO 3 partial licence (which you do) this is the partial-to-full fee. What I can't tell you (because I forgot to ask Jason) is whether your full subscription year will commence when you move from partial to full. I would guess that it does but Jason will no doubt confirm or deny tomorrow.
