Take the same package that came with IBO3.6 and recompile it with IBO
4. But, remember to take out the reference to the IBO 3.6 packages, before
recompiling it for IBO 4. That's what I did to compile install the
components, since I use them too. The units for IP components for IBO 4
are included with IBO 4, but not the package(.dpk).
